Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under § 1829 of the Czech Civil Code (zákon č. 89/2012 Sb.) and Directive 2011/83/EU.
Quick summary: You have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us you're withdrawing. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of dispatch). Goods must be unused and in original condition.
How to withdraw
Send an unequivocal statement to popstrap.sale@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. You may copy the model form below — it is not mandatory, but it's the easiest way.

Returning the goods
- Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Goods must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
- We recommend a tracked shipping method — risk of loss in transit is yours until we receive the parcel.
Refund
We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or earlier proof of dispatch). The refund is made via the same payment method you used at checkout, unless you expressly agree otherwise. No fees apply.
When withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made or customised to your individual specification (§ 1837 písm. d) Civil Code). If your order is a made-to-order custom configuration, we will flag this clearly before purchase.
