Each PopStrap is a custom-made, made-to-order accessory. Production is allocated, cut, dyed, stitched and quality-controlled against the specific colorway selected by you at the moment of order. Units are not stocked, not interchangeable between customers, and have no resale value once production has commenced.
For the purposes of Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (and its national implementations, including in the United Kingdom under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), PopStrap units fall within the exemption for goods "made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised." Accordingly, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun.
You may cancel your pre-order and receive a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
Refunds approved under this clause are issued net of a non-refundable processing and payment-handling fee of USD 6, which covers transaction costs charged to us by our payment processor and which are not returned to us upon refund.
Once the 72-hour window has elapsed or production of your unit has commenced — whichever occurs first — all sales are final and no refund, exchange, store credit or substitution is available, including (without limitation) where:

Where a defect or transit damage is confirmed by us at our reasonable discretion, your sole and exclusive remedy is, at our option, repair or replacement with an equivalent unit from the next available production run. Refunds are issued only where repair and replacement are both demonstrably impossible.
The following are not defects and are expressly excluded from this clause: minor variation in rubber finish, dye uptake, stitch placement and tonal shade between units; natural patina, softening or color change with wear; damage arising from improper fitting, exposure to water, solvents, oils, perfume, prolonged sunlight or extreme temperatures; and any modification, repair or alteration not performed by us.
It is your responsibility to confirm, before ordering, that the colorway you select corresponds to the Royal Pop reference you own or intend to acquire. PopStrap clips onto the original octagonal coupler and is engineered for the 41 mm bioceramic case shared by every Royal Pop release. Compatibility with any other watch, case, coupler, lug system, or future Swatch / Audemars Piguet release is neither claimed nor warranted.
Orders placed for an incompatible reference, or for any item PopStrap does not produce, are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.
Estimated dispatch is 2–4 weeks from order placement. This estimate is given in good faith and is not a contractual delivery date. Reasonable delays caused by manufacturing scheduling, courier capacity, customs clearance, or events beyond our reasonable control do not entitle the customer to a refund.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer on dispatch. Tracked shipping is included; claims for lost or stolen parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer and the carrier, not PopStrap.
Refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed parcels returned to us will be held for 30 days. Re-shipping requires payment of a new shipping fee. After 30 days the unit is forfeited and no refund is due.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback in lieu of contacting us first is a material breach of these terms. We reserve the right to defend any unjustified chargeback with full evidence, to cancel any associated unshipped order without refund, and to refuse future service to the relevant payment instrument.
All requests must be submitted in writing to popstrap.sale@gmail.com and must include: (a) the order number, (b) the email address used at checkout, (c) a clear statement of the reason for the request, and (d) for damage / defect claims, photographs as set out in clause 4. Requests submitted via any other channel (social media, comments, third-party message) are not valid and will not be actioned.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. No request is considered approved until you have received a written confirmation from us referencing your order number.
Nothing in this policy purports to exclude or limit any non-waivable statutory consumer right that applies to you under the mandatory law of your country of residence. Where a statutory right applies and cannot lawfully be excluded, this policy is to be read as preserving — but not extending — that right. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all other warranties, conditions and remedies (express or implied) are excluded.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the moment of your order is the version that governs that order. The current version is always available at this URL.
