Terms & Conditions

These terms govern every pre-order placed through popstrap.com. By completing checkout you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them in full.

Payments are processed by Stripe. All card and wallet payments on this site are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. PopStrap never sees or stores your full card details. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

1. Seller identification

This website is operated by a private individual ("Seller") not registered as a business (non-VAT, no trade licence — "fyzická osoba nepodnikající"):

Sales are conducted as occasional income of a private individual under § 10 odst. 1 písm. a) of the Czech Income Tax Act (zákon č. 586/1992 Sb.), capped at the statutory annual threshold (currently CZK 50,000). Once that threshold is reached in a calendar year, ordering on this site is closed for the remainder of the year.

2. Product

PopStrap is a made-to-order watch accessory designed to pair with the Swatch × Audemars Piguet Royal Pop case. Each unit is produced in limited runs against confirmed pre-orders. Estimated dispatch is 2–4 weeks from order placement.

PopStrap is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Swatch Group AG or Audemars Piguet Holding SA.

3. Order and contract

The display of products on this site is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A binding sales contract is formed only when we send you a written order confirmation following successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any amount already charged is refunded in full.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable VAT where the Seller is registered for VAT in the buyer's jurisdiction. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe, an authorised payment institution. Card data is collected, transmitted and stored exclusively on Stripe's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. PopStrap receives only the information needed to fulfil and account for your order (name, email, shipping address, order amount, payment confirmation token).

Accepted methods depend on Stripe's availability in your country and typically include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Your bank statement will show a descriptor associated with PopStrap or its payment processor.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched with tracked shipping within the estimated 2–4 week window. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on dispatch. Delays caused by manufacturing scheduling, courier capacity, customs clearance, or other events beyond our reasonable control do not entitle the buyer to a refund.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under § 1829 of the Czech Civil Code (zákon č. 89/2012 Sb.). To exercise this right, send an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email to popstrap.sale@gmail.com) before the 14-day period expires. See the Withdrawal Form & Instructions for the template and full procedure.

Additional refund and complaint terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

7. Personal data

We process the personal data you provide at checkout (name, email, shipping address, order details) for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order, accounting and customer support. The legal basis is performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Payment data is processed independently by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Full details, your rights and retention periods are described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the buyer's country of residence are preserved where they apply. Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) or the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment your order is confirmed is the version that governs that order.

For any question about these terms, write to popstrap.sale@gmail.com.
